Mike KIDD is recognized as an authority on amino acids in poultry nutrition. He has published over 400 articles and mentored 38 graduate students in the area of poultry nutrition and health. He gave lectures in over 100 international conferences in 39 countries. He served as president of the Poultry Science Association from July 2012 to July 2013. In 2014, he was recognized as The Poultry Federation industry leader of the year.
